Pokemon Go Welcomes July Community Day Pokemon, Tepig

Pokemon Go Community Day is scheduled for July 3rd. Developers announced the new Pokemon, Tepig, that will be available for less than 24 hours!

The next Community Day in Pokemon Go is scheduled for July 3rd and brings the Fire-type Starter Pokemon Tepig. All the focus in the game will be around it all day long. You will be able to catch it from 11 AM to 5 PM local time. If you will have any Pignite in Emboar during the day-long event, it will be able to learn the Blast Burn move from the Fire-type roster. Emboar won’t impact the metagame in raids and PvP, but its Shiny form with the blue flames and golden skin is very exciting! 

Other announced bonuses of the event include the Shiny version of Tepig, a 3x Catch Stardust Bonus and random Lure Modules or Incense that will last up to 3 hours only during the event. Of course, you will also have a chance to catch the special event box and take part in the Special Research quest for just $1. 

Following the July Community Day, Pokemon Go launches the annual Pokemon Go Fest and present Mythical Pokemon Meloetta, a bunch of region-specific Pokemon that haven’t been available for users before, and, of course, new Shiny and custom versions. Until then, you still can catch the new Shiny Bidoff in the current Bidoof Breakout event. Several undisclosed region-exclusive costumed Pokemon are also on their way to the game.
