More Productivity on MS Teams

The popular tool for video conferences, meet-ups, and calls, Microsoft Teams is going to extend its usability.

We’re talking about Dynamics 365 and MS Teams merging together into supertool. Recently, Microsoft published an article in their blog where they present their vision on the future of collaborative efforts.

It’s not just an intuition-based prophecy. Redmond's company presents statistics, according to which 145 million people log in every day to do their work with the Microsoft Teams.

The workflow becomes hybrid these days. Especially due to the challenges set by the pandemic. So, it was a strategic step for Microsoft to offer to popular collaborative tools at the price of one:

A new Dynamics 365 + Microsoft Teams experience demonstrates the power of collaborative apps and enables organizations to activate this capability at no additional licensing cost.

That means corporate communication will be more flexible, quicker, and also cheaper. Employees will be able to exchange ideas, leave remarks, comment on issues and propose solutions more effectively. No matter where they are — MS Teams is the only channel they need now.

What’s even better, MS Teams users can invite anyone to their chats. This greatly simplifies communication with the clientele.

For instance, it makes negotiating deals, making contracts, discussing joint projects, etc., much easier and faster.

Besides, you can now make notes during a Teams conference. A notification system will keep all project participants well-informed about its current stages, and also you can create Custom Scenes with the help of Together Mode.

Later, Microsoft plans to integrate more tools from the third-party companies: Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, SAP Sales Cloud, and others.
