Currently, the game is in Early Access, so you can get it only on Steam Store and Humble Bundle Store. Prepare 60GB of free space before you start downloading the game. 30GB is needed for the installer and 30GB more for the game itself.
It happens that this game is too heavy for PS4 and Xbox One, so it would be very difficult to port it preserving the quality of physics. For the same reason, the Nintendo Switch version is simply impossible. Hopefully, the game will come at least to PS5 and Xbox Series X/S after it leaves Early Access.

The minimal system requirements for this game are quite high and include 8GB of RAM, Radeon HD 7750 / Nvidia GeForce GTX 550 Ti, and at least AMD FX 6300 3.5Ghz / Intel Core i3-6300 3.8Ghz. The recommended hardware includes 16GB of RAM, AMD Ryzen 7 1700 3.0Ghz / Intel Core i7-6700 3.4Ghz (or better), and AMD R9 290 / Nvidia GeForce GTX 970.
Unfortunately, the answer is no. The game is already too heavy for the previous generation of gaming consoles, so mobile devices can’t even dream about running it on a more or less playable FPS. The only portable device that will be able to run the game is Steam Deck, but the release date of the console is still unknown.
The game is officially open for modding, so, yes, you can automatically install a variety of user-created mods to make your gameplay even more exciting. Still, we have to warn you against installing files from untrusted websites as they can bring malware onto your computer. Use only trusted sources and enable anti-virus.
The game is currently available only in a single-player mode, so the Internet connection is required only for updating the game. The only way you can currently fix this issue is to download the BeamNG mod from the official mod website beamng-mp.com. All the players have to install the mod to play together in multiplayer.
You probably can find the game on torrent trackers, but we highly don’t recommend doing it as it’s a violation of law that leaves the developers without any compensation for their hard work. Besides, torrent versions will not receive official updates that are quite necessary if you want to get access to new vehicles and maps.
The developers do not provide a demo version, but you can watch real gameplay trailers on Steam, Humble Bundle, and YouTube to see if you like what the game offers. The overwhelmingly positive review status on Steam can also make you feel more confident on whether to buy the game or not.
